30-Min Keynote
The impact of our personal environment follows a known, repeatable, and potentially harmful pattern. Keynote increases awareness so people can make better choices.
1-Hr Presentation
This 1-hour presentation builds on the 30-minute keynote with greater detail and initial steps, plus real world examples to guide decision making.
2-Hour Training
This 2-hour training provides an introduction to resilience training concepts and allows time to practice and develop skills.
4 Hour Workshop
In this 4-hour workshop, participants will learn, understand, practice and plan for continued skill development of core (top 5) resilience and stress mitigation skills.
8-Hour Intensive
This intensive training builds on the 4-hour workshop, with an introduction to common cognitive distortions which harm resilience and practice the cognitive tools to mitigate stress. Plan for broader application to family, team, and community.
